Last updated: 2026-04-29
Last updated: 29 April 2026. Effective from: 11 May 2026.
Where this document sits. These Terms govern the FLOX International Football Promotion 2026, operated by VCL Trading Europe Limited trading as FLOX. They apply alongside — and are read subject to — the Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. Where the Entrant registers for and uses the FLOX platform, the FLOX Platform Terms also apply. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Website Terms of Use, these Terms will apply to the operation of the Promotion only.
-
The Promoter
- This promotion (the “Promotion”) is operated by VCL Trading Europe Limited, trading as FLOX, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07784688) with its registered office at Marlborough House, 298 Regents Park Road, London, N3 2SZ (the “Promoter”). The Promoter’s VAT registration number is 288257261.
- Any questions relating to the Promotion should be sent to info@flox.is. Account-security matters relating to a FLOX account opened during the Redemption Period should be sent to support@flox.is, in line with the Website Terms of Use.
-
No Affiliation with Any Football Tournament, Governing Body or Team
- The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated in any way with any international football federation, football governing body, national football association, participating team, player, broadcaster, or official sponsor of any football tournament.
- The Promoter makes no claim of any commercial or promotional partnership with any football governing body, competition organiser, or participating nation.
- References within the Promotion to an international football tournament taking place in the summer of 2026 are used purely for descriptive purposes to identify the publicly available results on which the Promotion is based.
- All team names, national associations, trade marks and competition names remain the property of their respective owners. No use of such names or marks implies endorsement.
-
Eligibility
- The Promotion is open only to businesses that are registered and operated in the United Kingdom (“Entrants”) and that meet all of the following criteria at the time of entry:
- The Entrant is a limited company, limited liability partnership, or other legal entity registered in the United Kingdom and operated from the United Kingdom.
- The Entrant has not previously held an active account with FLOX and is not a current customer of FLOX, the Promoter, or any of its group companies.
- The person submitting the entry is aged 18 or over and is authorised to enter the Promotion on behalf of the Entrant.
- The Entrant has genuine and forthcoming warehousing, fulfilment, storage, or transport needs that FLOX is able to service.
- The Entrant is a new customer or is entering into a new contract with FLOX.
- The Entrant is not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of the Promoter or any company associated with the Promotion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Entrant, including that the Entrant is registered and operated in the United Kingdom, and to require reasonable evidence of eligibility. Entries that cannot be verified may be disqualified at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
- The Promotion is open only to businesses that are registered and operated in the United Kingdom (“Entrants”) and that meet all of the following criteria at the time of entry:
-
How to Enter
- Entrants may enter the Promotion by completing the entry form available at flox.is/flox-international-football-promotion-2026 (the “Entry Form”) and submitting all required information.
- The Promotion opens at 00:00 on 11 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31 July 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
- Before submitting the Entry Form, the person completing it must confirm acceptance of these Terms by ticking the relevant acceptance box. No handwritten signature, wet-ink signature, digital signature, or separate signature page is required from the Entrant or from individual participants.
- Only one entry is permitted per business or legal entity. Where multiple entries are received from the same business or legal entity, whether through different individuals, email addresses, trading names, departments or representatives, only the first valid entry will be accepted and all others will be disregarded. For the avoidance of doubt, participation in the Promotion is limited to one entry, one team allocation and one Discount entitlement per business or legal entity, regardless of how many individual users, employees, representatives or email addresses submit an Entry Form on behalf of that business.
- Use of the FLOX website and campaign landing page is also subject to FLOX’s Website Terms of Use, together with any other terms referred to in those Website Terms of Use, including FLOX’s Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and, where the Entrant registers on the FLOX platform, the applicable FLOX Platform Terms. The Entrant agrees that no text or data mining or web scraping of the FLOX website or campaign landing page is permitted, in line with the restriction set out in the Website Terms of Use.
- If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Website Terms of Use, these Terms will apply to the operation of the Promotion only. The Website Terms of Use and applicable FLOX Platform Terms will continue to apply to use of the website, the landing page, the FLOX platform, and any services ordered through the FLOX platform.
- Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or to receive an allocated team.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, or not received for any reason.
- Entries must be submitted by an authorised representative of the Entrant. Automated entries, entries submitted via third parties or agents, and bulk entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.
-
Team Allocation
- After the Entrant completes signup and activates the allocation mechanism, each valid Entrant will be randomly allocated one (1) national team (the “Allocated Team”) from the forty-eight (48) teams participating in the international football tournament taking place in summer 2026.
- Allocation is carried out as follows: when an Entrant completes signup and activates the allocation mechanism, FLOX’s system generates a single random whole number between 1 and 48 inclusive. Each of the 48 numbers has an equal probability of being selected, approximately 2.08%. The number is generated using a cryptographically secure random number generator built into the underlying server software, Node.js crypto.randomInt, which draws its randomness from the operating system’s entropy pool. This is the same class of random number generator used in security-critical applications.
- The number is generated on FLOX’s servers at the moment the Entrant initiates its allocation. Any wheel, reveal, or animation displayed on screen is a visual representation of the result and does not influence the outcome. The number is determined before any animation begins.
- The allocated number is recorded immediately and cannot be changed, regenerated, or re-spun. Each Entrant is entitled to exactly one allocation per promotional campaign. The number maps to a corresponding Allocated Team and the related discount entitlement as set out in these Terms. The allocation, timestamp, and a tamper-evident verification hash are stored as a permanent record. The Entrant may request a copy of its allocation record at any time by contacting info@flox.is.
- FLOX does not influence, override, or adjust the random allocation for any Entrant. The allocation is final and binding.
- Entrants may not choose, swap, exchange, transfer, or refuse their Allocated Team. The Promoter will not entertain requests for reallocation for any reason.
- Entrants will be notified of their Allocated Team at the time of entry and confirmed by email to the address provided on the Entry Form within 24 hours.
- Where multiple Entrants are allocated the same team, each Entrant’s discount entitlement will be calculated independently in accordance with clause 6 below. Allocations are not exclusive.
-
Calculating Your Discount
- The Entrant’s potential benefit under the Promotion is calculated by reference to the performance of its Allocated Team during the tournament, as set out in this clause.
- For each goal scored by the Allocated Team, the Entrant receives one discounted fulfilment shipment. For each additional tournament stage reached by the Allocated Team after the group stage, the Entrant receives two additional discounted fulfilment shipments. Each discounted fulfilment shipment gives the Entrant 30% off the applicable qualifying shipment charge.
- Only goals scored during matches in the tournament itself are counted. Goals scored in friendlies, qualifying matches, or any other fixture outside the tournament are excluded.
- The following are included in the goal count:
- Goals scored during normal time, including stoppage time.
- Goals scored during extra time.
- The following are excluded from the goal count:
- Goals scored in penalty shoot-outs following a drawn match.
- Own goals scored by opposing teams in favour of the Allocated Team. These do not count toward the discount entitlement.
- Goals that are subsequently overturned, annulled, or adjusted by the relevant governing body or official data source.
- A tournament stage is treated as reached when the Allocated Team qualifies for and plays in that stage after the group stage. If the tournament format is changed, the Promoter will apply this clause reasonably and consistently by reference to the nearest equivalent tournament stages.
- The Promoter’s determination of the final goal count, stage progression, and discount entitlement shall be final and binding, by reference to official match results published at the conclusion of the tournament by the official tournament data provider.
- The discount entitlement will be confirmed to each Entrant by email within 10 working days following the conclusion of the tournament final.
-
Redeeming Your Discount
- The discount entitlement will be applied to qualifying fulfilment shipments booked and completed through the FLOX platform by the Entrant during the redemption period (the “Redemption Period”).
- The Redemption Period commences on the date the discount entitlement is confirmed under clause 6 and ends on 30 November 2026.
- To redeem the discount entitlement, the Entrant must:
- Open a FLOX account and complete the Promoter’s standard onboarding process.
- Agree to the applicable FLOX Platform Terms and any relevant service terms for services ordered through the FLOX platform.
- Book qualifying fulfilment shipments through the FLOX platform during the Redemption Period.
- Pay all undiscounted charges, fees, taxes, duties, and costs when due.
- For the purposes of these Terms, “qualifying fulfilment shipments” means outbound fulfilment shipments booked through the FLOX platform as part of a new customer account or new contract with FLOX. The discount entitlement does not apply to warehousing storage charges, returns handling, transport-only services, customs charges, duties, taxes, packaging, insurance, account setup fees, third-party surcharges, or ancillary services unless the Promoter expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
- The discount entitlement may not be:
- Exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent.
- Transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or business.
- Combined or used in conjunction with any other FLOX promotion, offer, or discount, unless expressly permitted in writing by the Promoter.
- Applied retroactively to shipments booked or completed before the discount entitlement has been confirmed.
- Any portion of the discount entitlement that remains unused at the end of the Redemption Period will expire and no further entitlement will arise.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or suspend a discount entitlement where the Entrant is found to be in material breach of these Terms, the Website Terms of Use, the Acceptable Use Policy, the applicable FLOX Platform Terms, any relevant service terms, or where payment for services is more than 30 days overdue.
-
Limitation of Liability
- The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, cost, or inconvenience suffered by any Entrant as a result of participating in the Promotion, except where such loss is caused by the Promoter’s negligence or wilful misconduct and cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any failure of the tournament to proceed as scheduled, for the cancellation, postponement, or alteration of any fixture, or for any change in tournament format that may affect the calculation of the discount entitlement. In the event that the tournament is cancelled or abandoned before completion, the Promoter reserves the right to:
- calculate the discount entitlement based on matches completed up to the point of cancellation;
- offer an alternative means of determining the discount entitlement; or
- withdraw the Promotion entirely, acting reasonably.
-
Use of Personal Data
- Personal data collected through the Entry Form will be processed by the Promoter in accordance with its Privacy Policy, and with applicable data protection law including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- By entering the Promotion, the Entrant confirms that it has authority to provide the personal data submitted and consents to its use for the purposes of administering the Promotion, including team allocation, notifications, verification, follow-up in relation to the Entrant’s enquiry, and confirmation of the discount entitlement.
- The Promoter will use contact details provided by Entrants for marketing purposes where the Entrant has selected the relevant marketing opt-in or where another lawful basis applies under applicable data protection and electronic marketing law. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- The Promoter does not publish the names of Entrants or Allocated Teams without the Entrant’s prior written consent.
-
General
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, in whole or in part, where it is reasonable to do so, including for reasons outside its control. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to notify affected Entrants of any material change.
- The Promoter’s decision in relation to all matters concerning the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant whom it reasonably believes has breached these Terms, the Website Terms of Use, the Acceptable Use Policy, the applicable FLOX Platform Terms, or any relevant service terms, acted fraudulently, or otherwise sought to undermine the fair operation of the Promotion.
- These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
